What are the main features?

Biznis Broker portal’s features can be divided into 2 main areas:

Public Features
Features that are available to all visitors of Biznis Broker are:

1.Language selection
Users can choose a preferred language using the top “flag menu” or a drop down menu located on the home page. Currently we offer 3 languages – English (www.biznisbroker.com), Slovak (www.biznisbroker.sk), and Serbian (www.biznisbroker.co.rs)

2.Country Map
Central and Eastern European countries that Biznis Broker represents can be viewed on the map located on the home page. Each country name consists of a number of all businesses that we offer for that particular country.

3.Biznis News
Biznis Broker uses RSS/XML feeds from outside sources to display latest news in business and economy.

4.Email Notification
Visitors can subscribe to Biznis Broker Email Notification services. This is a free of charge service that keeps subscribers informed of new listings which match their pre-set criteria. When registering, the user is required to fill out information such as his/her email address, Password, Name, Location, What Type of Business Listing are they interested in (looking to buy a business, find a partner or investor, interested in franchises), desired Business Location and Type of Business, preferred Language, Amount Investing, and Purchase Timeframe.
This feature is automatically offered to all Biznis Broker members and can be accessed in Member Area.

5.Recently Added Listings
Latest 10 listings added into our system can be viewed on the home page. These include short descriptions, Category, Location and Type of listing (looking for partners, investors, or buyers). It is possible to filter the industry and location of these listings. Latest 3 listings can be also found on search pages (Find a partner, Buy a business, Invest in a business). These are already filtered based on the type of search.

6.Listing detail page
A page that informs the viewer about the name of business, logo, Business Category, Type (for sale, seeking partners, looking for investors), Business Description, Asking Price (if company is for sale), Required Investment (if company looking for investors), Gross Income, Cash Flow, Real Estate, Inventory, why is the company looking for business partner (if company looking for partners), and all other information that the business owner has entered.

7.Request for more information
If a potential buyer, partner, or investor wants to know more information about the business and inform listing’s owner about their interest, he/she can send a “Request for more information”. First Name, Last Name, Company, Address, Country, Phone, Email, Amount ready to invest, Investment timeframe, Preferred country of investment, and Notes/Questions are gathered and sent to the owner of the listing. The owner can respond to the sender using the member area. The sender receives an email with more information about the company.

8.Share this listing
It is possible to send the viewed listing to a friend or other person. This quick form allows the user to enter their name, email, friend’s email, and personal message with the listing name and url.

9. Bookmark
Visitor can bookmark and share the listing using “Bookmark” functionality.

10.Location
Biznis Broker uses Google Maps to map the location of the business. Google Maps is a web mapping service application and technology provided by Google.

11.Photos
PREMIUM listings allow users to view more photos of their offered products or services. The photo gallery offers large one-by-one photo view.

12.Documentation
To provide visitors with more information about the business offered, PREMIUM listing owners can post documentation such as a business plan, product presentation, price list, etc. These .pdf documents can be later downloaded by listing visitors.

13.Videos
Biznis Broker offers its PREMIUM users an option to upload YouTube video messages that promote their products and services.

14.Buyer Resources
Biznis Broker has a section with articles, books, useful links and other resources that might help prospective buyers with the buying process.

Member Area
Biznis Broker portal’s registered users can use features listed below:

1.Manage your Listing
Change headline, description, add financials, and other details, add documentation, photos, videos, modify Meta tags, etc.

2.Manage your Contacts
See everyone who expressed interest in your listing using the “Request for more information” feature, send messages, or delete contacts.

3.Personal Information
Change personal information you use on Biznis Broker such as email, phone, and password.

4.Email Notification
Define search criteria to keep yourself updated about new listing and changes on the website.

5.Account Status
View current status of your account, expire date of your membership, or purchase one of our membership packages.

6.Change the Type of Your Listing
Move your listing to a different category. Currently, we offer these types of listings: Company looking for investors, Company looking for partners, and Business for sale.

7.Preview your listing
View the listing as it appears on Biznis Broker’s public area.

8.Biznis Broker News
We want to make sure that all of our users are notified about Biznis Broker news, articles, or other relevant information. Users that do not wish to be notified by email can read news in the member area. This area allows you to view all news, search through them, comment, and read comments, Add topic to the hotlist, or Send to Friend.
