Biznis Broker is currently available in 3 different languages: English, Slovak, and Serbian. Once you have selected your preferred language you can choose the section that best describes your company objectives.

Place Your Business for Sale
If you are looking for a buyer for your company, fill out important company information such as Ad Headline, Business Description, Location (Relocatable/Home-based), Website, select Listing Language and Business Category. You may also describe Location Facilities, Support/Training, Competition and Market Conditions, Growth Potential, Reasons for Selling, Year Established, Number of Employees, Company Financials (Asking Price, Gross Income, Cash Flow, Inventory, etc.). All amounts must be entered in Euros currency.

Find an Investor
If you wish to expand your business but lack the capital, register your business in this section. You will be asked to provide an Ad Headline, your Business Description, Location (Relocatable/Home-based), Website, select Listing Language and Business Category. General Information such as Facilities, Know-how, Competition and Market Conditions, Growth Potential, Reasons for Seeking an Investor, Year Established, Number of Employees, Company Financials (Required Investment, Gross Income, Cash Flow, Inventory, etc.). All amounts must be entered in Euros currency.

Find a Partner
Are you looking for a business partner to expand your distribution network or establish strategic partnerships? If yes, register you business in this section. Provide your Company Name, Business Description, Location (Relocatable/Home-based), Website, select Listing Language and Business Category. General Information such as Competition and Market Conditions, Growth Potential, Reasons for Seeking a Partner, Year Established, Number of Employees, Financials (Gross Income, Cash Flow, Inventory, etc.). All amounts must be entered in Euros currency.

Add your Franchise
Biznis Broker Franchise directory is open to all business seeking new franchisees internationally. Franchise can enter Ad Headline, Business Description, Location (Headquarters, Other Countries of Franchise’s Network), Website, Meta tags, select Listing Language and Business Category, and set required Financials.

Each registration form allows you to Add Photo or Logo of your business, attach Documentation (PREMIUM listings only), and add Account and Contact Information. If you were provided with a Promotional Code, please enter it into the box located at the bottom of the registration page. If correct promotional code is entered, your account will retrieve free PREMIUM membership days.

Once registered, you are required to verify the email address by following instructions located in the email sent by our system. It is necessary to verify email since Biznis Broker strives to offer highest quality of service. Administrators of Biznis Broker activate your newly created listing within 24 hrs.

All active listings become searchable in 4 different sections of our site. These sections are:

Buy a business
If potential buyer is looking for a business to buy, he/she can search based on a Business Location, Business Categories, Language, Businesses Listed within last 3, 7, or 30 days, or anytime, Asking Price, specify whether company should be Home Based or Re-locatable, and enter Relevant Keywords. It is also possible to view a specific listing if unique listing number is known.

Find a Partner/Invest in a business
An individual or company that is looking for a partner or wants to invest in a business, may use “Find a Partner” and “Invest in a business”, and search by Location, Categories, Language, Assets within 3, 7, or 30 days, or anytime, and Relevant Keywords can be used.

Franchises
Visitors that are interested in franchise business and are looking for potential franchise to purchase, can use “Franchise for Sale” search page. Franchises are sorted by Category and Capital Required. It is also possible to search By Availability and Capital to Invest.
