The acquisition was made public last month, but no details of the transaction were then given.
"The acquisition of Asko is a historical milestone for Gorenje. It ... enables important strengthening of Gorenje's position in Nordic countries, North America and Australia. We also see numerous synergies in sales and marketing, R&D, product management, procurement and production," Gorenje said.
Financing for the acquisition was secured by issuing 25 million euros of new shares in June.
Asko was formerly owned by Italy's Antonio Merloni Group. It owns production units in Sweden and Finland and its products are mainly sold in Scandinavia, North America and Australia. Its revenues in 2009 amounted to 173 million euros, while the plan for this year envisages revenues of 176 million euros.
Gorenje is Slovenia's second-largest exporter. It will announce its first-half results on Aug 26.
